My favourite motivational speaker runs 3 different companies with annual turnover of S$2 million. When people ask him how he managed to run all the 3 companies, he said that he does not run them. In fact, it is his staffs who helped him to operate all the 3 companies for him.
When he was asked what are the secrets to have these people work so hard and extra hours for him, he said that we must not be afraid to share.
